Presentation of Papers

There will be a running sessions for presentation of papers. For this, interested participants should provide information at the time of registration. The request for paper presentation for consideration by the Organizing Committee may be sent by email latest by 21 July 2015.

Registration for the Conference

The registration for participation in 10th World Hindi Conference is mandatory for all participants, including official delegates and invited guests and is only through online process.
The participant has to fill the particulars online and also to upload his/her photograph and signature by logging on The provision of sending hard copy of the registration form by the participants has been done away with. The participants are, therefore, advised not to send hard copy of the registration form once completed.

Registration Fee

All participants are required to pay registration fee, except the members of various Committees, members of the Sub-Committees, Scholars to be honoured, official media, members of Hindi Advisory Committee on Ministry of External Affairs, official delegations nominated by State Governments, delegates from the Parliament / State Assemblies and foreign invited guests.

The registration fee may be paid either by credit/debit card through online SBI gateway payment facility or through Internet Banking, if applicable.
The registration fee, which is non-refundable, for various categories of participants is as follows.

General Participants

INR 5,000 for Indians
US$ 100 for Foreigners

University Students
INR 1,000 for Indians
US$ 25 for Foreigners

Invited Guests/Speakers/Official delegation – no charges, though the invited guests/Speakers/ official delegation are also required to register online.

In addition to the registration fee, service/processing charge will also to be paid by the participants for online payment of fee through debit/credit card along with service tax, as applicable by the respective banks.

The registration fee will include meals (lunch and dinner at the Conference venue) during the Conference period and transportation arrangements from Airport/ Railway Station to place of stay on first arrival and final departure. A Conference kit will also be provided to the participant on arrival which can be collected from the special counters set up at the Conference venue from 9 September onwards.

Security Badges

All registered participants will be provided security badges which they would be required to wear in person due to security reasons. The badges would be available at the special counters in the Conference venue set up for the purpose.


The registered participants will be provided meals (Lunch and dinner at the Conference venue) during the Conference period.


Participants other than the members of the Official Delegation may book their accommodation directly with any of the hotels in Bhopal.

For official delegation, accommodation would be arranged by the Organizers.

A variety of accommodation choices are available in Bhopal.

The participants can get the accommodation bookings done through the Madhya Pradesh Tourism department. There bookings could be made online through a web portal link of the MP Tourism department.

It is advisable that the details of accommodation booked by the participant may be provided to the Organizers as indicated in the instructions for registration by logging in their personal account.

Local transport

Book Releases

There will be counters for book releases as part of the exhibition. Those interested in getting their book released must inform the Organizers of the Conference (Ministry of External Affairs) well in advance along with a copy of the book.

Month of September in Bhopal is pleasant with temperature ranging from High of 33° C( average) to low of 21° C ( average).

Visa requirement

Foreign participants will be responsible for obtaining visa, if required, for travel to India. For this, they are advised to get in touch with the concerned Indian Embassies/ Consulates well in advance for conference visa.

Confirmed registration for the Conference will be required at the time of submission of visa application forms at the Indian Embassy/ Consulate.
