Accommodation

Participants, except the members of the Official Delegation, may book their accommodation directly with any of the hotels in Fiji. For official delegation, accommodation would be arranged by the Organizers.For sake of convenience, list of hotels in Fiji is provided at the end.

The participants in their private capacity and those representing PSUs, Universities, other organizations are requested to make their hotel accommodation directly with the concerned hotels and keep the Organizers informed online so that they are able to arrange their transport from the airport to hotel and back

Meals

The registered participants will be provided meals (Lunch at the Conference venue) during the Conference period

Instructions for Availing Special Rates for Hotel Booking

For hotel reservation, we request you to kindly visit the website of approved panel partner of hotels, as listed on the WHC website ‘www.vishwahindisammelan.gov.in’ and make the booking directly. The WHC website has a comprehensive list of the hotels along with the lowest preferential rate for the participants of the WHC. In their communication to the hotel, all participants are requested to kindly mention the registration ID that they receive after completing the process of registration on the website for availing the preferential rates.

The hotel website will display all categories of rooms and their rates and availability that the participant might choose, as per his/her preference, and make a reservation after completing the payment process. For any other requests during your stay the hotels may be contacted.

Please feel free to contact the following in case preferential rates are not given by the Hotel, together with your registration ID and copy of correspondence with that particular hotel.
