ऑनलाइन पंजीकरण फॉर्म भरने के लिए निर्देश Instructions for filling the Online Registration Form

• 12वें विश्व हिंदी सम्मेलन में भाग लेने हेतु सभी प्रतिभागियों के लिए पंजीकरण अनिवार्य है और यह केवल ऑनलाइन प्रक्रिया के माध्यम से ही है। प्रतिभागियों को अपना ब्यौरा ऑनलाइन भरना है और vishwahindisammelan.gov.in पर लॉग इन करके अपने फोटोग्राफ तथा हस्ताक्षर भी अपलोड करने हैं। प्रतिभागियों द्वारा पंजीकरण प्रपत्र की हार्ड कॉपी भेजने का प्रावधान खत्म कर दिया गया है, अतः प्रतिभागियों को सलाह दी जाती है कि एक बार पंजीकरण पत्र पूरा भर लेने पर उसकी हार्ड कॉपी न भेजें।The registration for participation in 12th World Hindi Conference is mandatory for all participants and is only through online process. The participant has to fill the particulars online and also to upload his/her photograph and signature by logging on to vishwahindisammelan.gov.inThe provision of sending hard copy of the registration form by the participants has been done away with. The participants are, therefore, advised not to send hard copy of the registration form once completed.
• तथापि, प्रतिभागियों को सलाह दी जाती है कि वे भविष्य में किसी प्रकार के संदर्भ या पत्राचार के लिए पुष्टिकरण पृष्ठ की एक प्रति अपने पास रखें। प्रतिभागियों को यह भी सलाह दी जाती है कि सम्मेलन स्थल पर पहली बार पहुंचने पर पंजीकरण के प्रमाण के रूप में पुष्टिकरण पृष्ठ की एक प्रति साथ लाएं। However, the participants are advised to retain a hard copy of the confirmation page for future reference or correspondence, if any. The participants are advised to carry a copy of the confirmation page as proof of registration on first arrival at the Conference venue.
• प्रतिभागियों के पास उनका व्यक्तिगत तथा वैध ई-मेल आईडी होना अनिवार्य है। सभी पत्राचार पंजीकरण प्रपत्र में दिए गए ई-मेल आईडी पर ही किए जाएंगे। उन्हें यह भी सलाह दी जाती है कि वे अपना मोबाइल नंबर भी दें। प्रतिभागियों को वही मोबाइल नंबर और ई-मेल आईडी बनाए रखने की सलाह दी जाती है, जिसे उन्होंने पंजीकरण प्रपत्र में भरा था, क्योंकि भविष्य में इससे संबंधित सूचना ई-मेल के जरिए भेजी जाएगी। The participants must have their own personal and valid email id. All correspondence will be made to the email ID indicated in the registration form. They are also advised to have their own mobile number. The participants are advised to retain the same mobile number and email-id in use which they have furnished in the registration form as the relevant information would be sent in future through e-mail.
• पंजीकरण प्रपत्र भरे जाने से पहले प्रतिभागियों के पास अपना अद्यतन फोटो और हस्ताक्षर की स्कैन की हुई फोटो होनी चाहिए। स्कैन की हुई फोटो को ऑनलाइन पंजीकरण प्रपत्र प्रस्तुत किए जाने के दौरान अपलोड किया जाना होगा। फोटोग्राफ रंगीन होना चाहिए और यह टोपी अथवा धूप के चश्मे के बिना होना चाहिए। नज़र के चश्मों की अनुमति है। पॉलरॉयड फोटो स्वीकार्य नहीं हैं। Before filling up the registration form, the participants should have a scanned image of his/her latest photograph and signature. These scanned images are to be uploaded during the submission of online registration form. The photograph should be in colour and should be without cap or goggles. Spectacles are allowed. Polaroid photos are not acceptable.
• प्रतिभागी ऑनलाइन पंजीकरण प्रपत्र प्राप्त कर सकते हैं, जो 12वें विश्व हिंदी सम्मेलन की वेबसाइट vishwahindisammelan.gov.in पर उपलब्ध है।The participants can access the Online Registration form which is available on the website of the 12th World Hindi Conferencevishwahindisammelan.gov.in. .
• लाल रंग के स्टार(*) चिह्न वाले अनिवार्य कॉलमों को पंजीकरण प्रक्रिया पूरी करने हेतु पहले भरा जाना चाहिए। अन्य वैकल्पिक कॉलमों, जैसा लागू हो, को भरा जा सकता है। The mandatory fields marked in red (*) should be filled first for completing the registration process. Other optional fields could be filled as applicable.
• ऑनलाइन आवेदन प्रस्तुत करने के दौरान अपलोड की जाने वाली फोटो और हस्‍तक्षर के फ़ाइल फॉर्मेट/फ़ाइल साइज/आकार का ब्योरा इस प्रकार हैं:-
  क.प्रतिभागियों के फोटो जे पी ई जी फॉर्मेट में 4 के बी से 40 के बी के बीच (3.5 सेमीx4.5 सेमी) होने चाहिए।
  ख. प्रतिभागियों के हस्ताक्षर जे पी ई जी फॉर्मेट में 1 के बी से 30 के बी के बीच (3.5 सेमीx1.5 सेमी) होने चाहिए।Details of File Format/ File Size/ Dimension for photos and signatures to be uploaded during the submission of online application form:
  a. Photograph of participants in JPEG format and size 4KB to 40KB (3.5cm x 4.5cm)
  b. Signature of participants in JPEG format and size 1KB to 30KB (3.5cm x 1.5cm)
• पंजीकरण शुल्क का भुगतान ऑनलाइन एस बी आई पेमेंट गेटवे/Paypal भुगतान सुविधा के माध्यम से क्रेडिट/डेबिट कार्ड या इंटरनेट बैंकिंग के माध्यम से किया जा सकता है। विभिन्न श्रेणियों के प्रतिभागियों के लिए पंजीकरण शुल्क निम्नानुसार है जो वापस नहीं किया जायेगा,
  क. सामान्य प्रतिभागी
  i. भारतीयों के लिए 2000 रुपये
  ii. विदेशियों के लिए 22 अमरीकी डॉलर
  
  ख. विश्वविद्यालय के छात्र
  i. भारतीयों के लिए 500 रुपये
  ii. विदेशियों के लिए 10 अमरीकी डॉलर
  
  ग. आमंत्रित अतिथि/वक्ता/सरकारी प्रतिनिधिमंडल के सदस्यों से कोई पंजीकरण शुल्क नहीं लिया जाएगा लेकिन उन्‍हें अपना ऑनलाइन पंजीकरण भी कराना होगा। TThe registration fee may be paid either by credit/debit card or internet banking through online SBI payment gateway /Paypal payment facility. The registration fee, which is non-refundable, for various categories of participants is as follows.
  a. General Participants
  i. INR 2000 for Indians
  ii. US$ 22 for Foreigners
  
  b. University Students
  i. INR 500 for Indians
  ii. US$ 10 for Foreigners
  
  c. Invited Guests/Speakers/Official delegation – no registration fee is charged but they are also required to register online.
• पंजीकरण शुल्क के अतिरिक्त, डेबिट/क्रेडिट कार्ड के माध्यम से संबंधित बैंकों द्वारा लागू सेवा कर सहित शुल्‍क का ऑनलाइन भुगतान करने के लिए सेवा/प्रोसेसिंग शुल्क का भुगतान भी प्रतिभागियों द्वारा किया जाएगा।In addition to the registration fee, service/processing charge will also have to be paid by the participants for online payment of fee through debit/credit card along with service tax, as applicable by the respective banks.
• ऑनलाइन पंजीकरण की अंतिम तिथि 10 फरवरी, 2023 है। The last date of online registration is 10 February, 2023
• प्रतिभागियों से अनुरोध है कि वे सम्मेलन से संबंधित अद्यतन सूचना के लिए अपना ई-मेल चेक किया करें और पंजीकरण शुल्क का सफलतापूर्वक भुगतान करने के बाद उपयोगकर्ता प्रोफ़ाइल पृष्ठ का प्रिंट ले लें। Participants are requested to check their emails for updates regarding the Conference and are requested to print the user profile page after successful payment of registration fee.
• किसी भी प्रतिभागी की पात्रता के संबंध में 12वें विश्व हिंदी सम्मेलन की आयोजन समिति का निर्णय अंतिम होगा।The decision of the Organizing Committee of 12th World Hindi Conference, regarding the eligibility of any participant shall be the final.
• सम्मेलन किट और पास/बैज फिजी आगमन पर पंजीकरण काउंटर पर उपलब्ध होंगे। The conference kits and passes/ badges will be available on arrival in Fiji at the registration counters.
• उल्लेखनीय है कि प्रपत्र के प्रस्तुत कर दिए जाने के पश्चात इसे वापस नहीं लिया जा सकता। किसी भी परिस्थितिवश भाग न ले पाने की स्थिति में पंजीकरण शुल्क वापस लेने के दावे पर विचार नहीं किया जाएगा। It may be noted that after submission of form, it cannot be withdrawn. Claims for refund of registration fee in the event of non participation due to any circumstances, will not be entertained.
